It went well with grilled chicken, pepper, mushroom, potato kabobs and a heirloom cherry tomato, mozzarella, basil salad. Nose: Sour cherry and sour plum. Palette: Sour cherry and plum, spice, dried fruit, earthy, smoked wood. Finish: Agree with an earlier review about the tawny port creeping in on the finish as it opened up.

Light ruby ride with light aromas of sour cherries. Balanced, smooth and easy drinking. On the palate it was light with flavors of cherries and sour plums. The finish was clean and medium. I think that this is past its prime and should not be cellared much longer. It had a bit of a tawny port creeping in as it opened up.

Consumed over 2 hours with wine friends, not decanted.
Initial impression: Wine was somewhat subdued with a nose that I could not seem to identify. On the palette, this Burg seemed to be thin without a lot going for it.
Overall impression: Although the wine opened somewhat over the 2 hours it was consumed and showed some nice berry fruit, it remained somewhat disappointing. Although only my fourth bottle in "My Burgundy Project", this was the most uneventful so far. Looking forward to more exciting Burgs in the future.

13,4% d'alcool, 100% pinot noir. Conclusion : style surprenant pour un pinot noir. Peut-être a-t-il besoin de temps?

Drink now. Sour cherry and plum certainly. Mild soft earthiness on the nose after about an hour open.

Normally a big fan of Mercurey region, this one however does not deliver the goods. Thin, short and disjointed.

Notes sucrées de dates et boisées. Tanins bien gras pour un pinot. Bon, mais vraiment atypique.
