Red fruit, more jammy and dried than fresh, cassis and vanilla, nice wood notes. Definitely a crowd pleasing red, easy to enjoy, but do so sooner than later as the fruit notes are diminishing.

On the nose there's a raisiny note, strawberry, milk chocolate & a slight oxidative note ~ The palate is fairly big bodied but a bit flabby, lacking tannin & acidity. There are flavors of cassis, cocoa, vanilla & stewed prunes ~ Overall it's hard to dislike this wine, it's a crowd pleasing style but it's still a bit disappointing

Servir a 18°C. Aucune aération (Carafe/Venturi). Couleur grenat foncé. Légère robe invitante. Arômes très intéressantes, cèdre ? Fraise ? Framboise. En bouche, il plait sans agresser. Présence enrobante. Finale intéressante.

I think this wine is better than it's getting credit for, a great daily drinker and a screaming deal for the price. We typically find it at World Market for $10 a bottle.

Tasted at the "Hollywood Reds" tutored tasting session at the Gourmet Wine and Food Show, Toronto. A poorly chosen, poor quality batch of wines. Nose - Not bad. Cola. Sweet cherry. A soft nose, no tannin. But there should be tannin. Palette - Disappointing. Some tannin, some acid, no complexity or interest. Basic plebian wine. Pass.

Interesting, fruit-forward Cab. Dark fruit aromas and flavors. Soft tannins with almost no acidity present. Finishes pleasantly bitter-sweet (cocoa powder combined with ripe berries) but it is not very lasting. Great sipping wine that seemed to improve over several days.

Inoffensive but very ordinary wine. A bit on the light side; a little oak, a bit of fruit, but very simple and unsophisticated. Drinkable, but does not offer good value for the price.

had with skirt steak and black bean avocado salad.
color was deep ruby, clear bright no faults Aroma intensity was medium, getting cedar right away with black fruits and hint of butterscotch. In youthful stage. Palate was dry, medium to full body, very silky mouthfeel. Acidity was lacking, sort of flabby, needed a little more with my steak! Medium tannins with moderate flavor intensity, getting forest fruits, cedar and cocoa. Really nice flavor, good intensity. Finish a little short.
conclusion-okay wine, good everyday wine. better sipping than food wine.

Was looking forward to trying this wine after hearing so much about it. I won't be looking forward to it again.

Not objectionable, though I won't buy again. Hardly any fruit, and nearly no tannin structure. No need to wait in this one.

Basic red wine - one dimension. Nothing offensive, serve to less discerning guests.

Fruit, Fruit et du fruit. Ça sens la fraise, la confiture de fraise, mais c'est pas confituré. Très beau vin dans cette gamme.
