Excellent cabernet blend. A full-bodied, elegant, complex, silky smooth wine with good fruit and deep, complex flavors that evolve in the mouth. The finish is long and clean. Drank over 3 nights and was excellent each night.

Decanted for 2 hours and drank over the next several hours. A full-bodied, silky smooth wine with lots of red and blue fruit, spice, chocolate and a long finish. Truly enjoyable.

Not quite as good as the last bottle, however we were not paying as much attention, this was more of a fun wine night, as opposed to a full examination of the wine. Still great. Red and blue fruits, dry spice, vanilla. Keep holding it, I think this has more life, much more.

Mark brought it to dinner at Cafe Matisse in NJ, we decanted through a vinturi and let it sit for an hour and half while we drank the 2002 Etude which I brought. Beautiful floral nose, deep maroon in color, the palate is mixed dark berries, crushed flowers, a hint of mocha \, soft tannins and a long finish. An outstanding bottle of wine with many years ahead of it.

Drank with BDrakeMarin at Piatti, over some nice Italian plates. Color of Bulls Blood, rich blueish red. Thick looking! Decanted for an hour and the first smells were creamy cassis, very refined, new world in every way. Medium body in the mouth, super refined, flawless texture, a bit hot (which kept me from going higher than 92). In hour two, the milk chocolate came in to play, and red fruit with some caramel notes. Very tasty now, but another 2 years will really flesh this out. Super yummy though.

Beautiful wine, opened an hour before drinking, lots of aromas of dark fruit with some cigar box. On tasting lots of big dark cherries and plums with long softening tannins.

An Evening with Todd Graff of Frank Family Vineyards (Lincoln Park Binnys Tasting Room): Last of the lineup, this was just beautiful. Way too tight and wound up to be drunk at this stage, so somewhat difficult to approach. Recommend hours of airtime. Nevertheless, this is pure poetry. Fine, fine blackcurrant fruit, deep floral, toast, balsamic qualities, charcoal. Certainly a very noticeable exotic quality that deserves a very high score. All of the above mentioned notes are of the finest quality. And, like the best estate or single vineyard Napa cabs, there is almost a blue quality to the fruit. Supremely high concentration of fruit, and a seamless palate, with a long, pencil lead finish. Simply stunning, but again, not nearly ready to drink. Wait three to five years to even approach, and many more to enjoy.

Wow, what a wine. Really nice fruity nose with a hint of chocolate. nice tannins but not too strong. Drank without decanting and still a little chilled from the cellar but very nice none the less. Soft finish with leather and tobacco. Drank to celebrate new million dollar account by kirk. keep buying at this price. my mistake, this was actually the 2004 wine we drank not the 07.

Still outstanding. Plenty of ripe dark fruit. At least 3-5 more years of excellence.

Velvety, beautiful wine. Full-bodied, long finish. Deep ruby color, nearly black. One hour of air suggested. Highly recommended.
