A lovely white Bordeaux that showed very well with an outstanding halibut with king crab and blood orange hollandise and a steelhead salmon cake. It showed more Sauvignon Blanc as the evening wore on.

Pale lemon / gold. Slightly flat, oxidative smell at first, giving way to restrained but layered aromas. Rich mouthfeel, great concentration and integration with loads of minerality. Not as special an experience as I'd hoped.

PnP served non-blind. In the 18 months since I last had this, it's only gotten better. Still very fresh and bright, with unmistakable Graves aromas and a pedigreed tension that sets the bar for white wines in the price category. Medium body, with a nose I could smell all night. Above-average persistence, superb purity of fruit, focus. (white) WOTN, highly recommended, drink thru 2022

Pineapple, apricot, seashell, resin, musk, oak, vanilla, petrol and smoke. Suntan lotion? Complex, layered, delicate and nuanced. Light to medium bodied, with high acidity, tons of mineral and a long clean green apple finish. More minerals than fruit. Very nerdy and very good. Great with sashimi.

Another memorable experience. Such a unique nose, full of slate, lychee, orange peel and tangerine notes. The palate is dry, almost steely, but there is a textural component here that keeps it from being unflattering. Gains some weight and added complexity (herbal notes a touch of saline) with airtime, but hard to improve from the first pour. Lovely, very refreshing. Drink thru 2019, 13,5% abv. score: A-

Intense aromas of diesel fuel, crushed rock, white floral and Asian spices. in the mouth, cutting acidity, and a lovely, almost sculpted mouthfeel. Superb effort that truly reflects the growing place and varietals. I didn't get much of the tropical aromas or flavors mentioned in the other tn's...and that's just fine with me, this was very welcome and enjoyed by all. Grown and blended for true (fine) wine lovers and not the casual, less-experienced crowd. Drink thru 2020. recommended+

Very pale lemon coloured. Intense, pure scented nose with tropical aromas and a forward grapefruit note. Fresh and sharp with creamy lemon and a touch of cut grass.

Great with lobster, the grapefruit and lemon were balanced nicely by clean minerality.

Second time drinking a dry white from Bordeaux. The nose shows some floral notes. The wine is very pleasant. Look forward to taste it in few years...
