Quite light, but made in an appealing crunchy, leesy, acidic style, one that seems just kissed with oak, this shows lots of graham cracker, lemon, and green apple flavors that seem almost Aligote-like.

The nose has this cool parmesan cheese thing going on with pears and maybe some fresh cut greens. The palate shows some nice flavor, green pears, some grapes. Limp acidity, there is a lot of it but it doesn't necessarily carry the wine. Decent nose here, average palate. A decent introduction to OPG.

Very versatile. Tonight it was an excellent accompaniment with pork fried rice.

Wine Blogger's Conference 2010 - White Wine Live Blogging (Wine Blogger's Conference, Walla Walla, Washington): The nose is a bit musty, with some sweet pear scents showing as well. Apple flavors appear on the front end, with some green apple peel appearing later. The acidity is full, and dries things out a bit later. Everything is clean, but nothing really jumps out at me.
