Drinking well now. Lemon, crushed rocks and oyster shells; zippy acidity but another year in bottle has made for a smooth well balanced finished. Really tasty.

Apple, lemon, chalk, oaky spice nose. Tart lemon-lime, green apple, oak palate. Moderate plus acid. Short-medium length, tart finish. Definitely too young, but not sure this will mature into anything terribly exciting.

12.5% alcohol. Light yellow color. Lovely nose of green apple, minerals, and light spice. In the mouth, racy and well concentrated, with pure, slightly tart apple fruit, minerals, and bright acidity. A solid, well-built wine that's a pleasure to drink. A-

Semi dry. Stone fruits. Some yeast. Not as mineral and dry as expected of a Chablis. Stored in temperature controlled facility.

Nice, but a little short and tart on the finish. Would call this one a good weekday quaffer for a warm evening...

Fresh peach aromas, light color, smooth, fresh, crisp palate with a medium body, good acid, and short finish. Good food wine.
