One hour decant. This wine has a dark yet clear reddish color with a simple fruity nose. The palate is light, balanced, medium-bodied and straightforward. Notes of red berries, a hint of tobacco and a little oak as well as fleeting impressions of caramel, violets and minerals. A relatively simple and easy drinking cru bourgeois.

Medium body. Nice wine for the price. A modern style. Needs a few more years to come into balance. Black fruit flavors combined with a pronounced earthiness and a touch of vanilla.

Much improved over our March tasting. It's coming together much better. Good, dark base; bordeaux flavors and nose. However, it still can use more time. Had with wild venison chops, and lingonberry sauce. The sauce really pulled out the fruit, and the wine complemented the venison well.

A below average Bordeaux. Local wine shop have it on sale with additional case discount. There is a reason for being cheap. I get what I paying for it.

Opened for about 2 hours or so before drinking. Taste was red fruit/currants, slightly tart, forest floor/mustiness. Medium bodied, relatively smooth with a little bit of alcohol in the finish. For 19 bucks it wasn't bad, but there are a lot of better offerings from California and South America at that price point.

decent bordeaux - medium body - some minerality on the nose, almost band-aid with some air - red fruit taste (cherry?) - smooth but with a little bite of acidity -- probably worth about what I paid for it ($15) - still have one more bottle, ok for a daily drinker but nothing interesting enough here to make me want to buy any more.

Improving well from the last time. This is evolving into a very pleasant, simple wine. I still suggest decanting.

Decent wine. Probably need to let this one sit for another year or two. Maybe will develop more.

Not up to Neal Martin's review, in my opinion. Purchased for ~$14 and not worthy of a repeat buy.

Nice dark fruit flavors, scorched earth, tobacco, oak. A little thinner than I would like, but a solid bottle of wine. Highly recommended at $12.
