  • Sweetness in the nose with aromas of tobacco, cedar, forest floor, mushrooms, dried herbs. Resembles more an aged bordeaux than an aged burgundy.
    On the palate, there are smooth tannins and somewhat stingy acidity. Lack of power, but still considerable length. Wine is on the downhill slope, but there is still a lot of life there.
