Immediate nose of petrol - it's a bit on the warm side initially, but it remains nicely balanced at this temperature as well. A delicious bottle that will likely continue to develop.

Under screwcap. This has aged very nicely, unsurprisingly. No oxidation to speak of. Fresh and bright typical Riesling aromas. Slightly off-dry sugar. Nice bright acidity keeps everything in good balance. Delicious on day 2 as well - possibly even better.

Tasted at winery. Unmistakably riesling; petrol, honey, citrus, pretty; lacking in acidity; fairly short finish; not a complex German riesling by any means but still very nice nonetheless. 89+

Love this perky blonde raised on a beautiful mountain top winery. She joined me for a nicely brined and baked pork chop with a pear sauce. What a neat date and both were delicious

Yup, as good as or better than the other three. No oxidation problems, of course, with the screw cap.

Drank for Thanksgiving. Simple but delicious. Nothing to write home about but a nice, inexpensive quaffer.
