CA’ La Bionda was founded in 1902, and is situated in the historically “classic” zone of the Valpolicella.The family is dedicated to making wine. This dedication has recently lead to the decision to make certified organic wine. One thing is to go organic, but what to do when the neighbors wine fields still are not producing certified organic? Since then you need to make a non-organic border in your wine fields. The solution is simple, you ask your neighbor if you can clean their side for a few meters along the border thereby making all your fields organic.
One of the best wine produced is the Amarone Vigneti DI Ravazzol The name Ravazzol originates from the fields where this particular wine is produced. Over the years more of this area has been bought up from neighbors, a very expensive move. But the flavor in this area is uniq and worth it.
