The Santa Sofia Estate has headquarters and cellars in the Classic Valpolicella area in Veneto, Piemonte, Italy. The grapes are used to make Recioto, Montegradella and Amarone. White wines are maintained in modern steel containers.Red wines, after solemn and slow ageing in barrels made of Slavonia and Allier oak before final refining in the bottle.
