Di Costanzo’s passionate focus is carefully grown, age-worthy California wines, founded in 2010 by partners in wine and in life, Erin and Massimo Di Costanzo.
Today Di Costanzo is a portfolio of single site Cabernet Sauvignons from Napa and Sonoma, Chardonnay from Sonoma, and Pinot Noir from Sta Rita Hills. Di Costanzo remains a two-person, family operation, from the vineyard to the cellar to the glass.
Their guiding winemaking principles: sustainable agriculture, a less is more approach, organic yeast, low sulfur, little to no fining or filtration, and no technological manipulation of the wines. All of this comes together harmoniously in the Di Costanzo wines.
