Holy moly, what a fresh, lively, and crisp bottle of Champange. Lively fine bubbles with a nice strawberry profile on the palate. Loved it, especially for the $38 price tag I paid. Restocking cost a bit more today, but it is worth it.

This was a really nice bottle of wine. Very fine bubbles with a nice bread/nutty profile, and a little bit of lemon curd in the background. It's in a great place, though I'll let me one other develop a bit and check it later.
