Decanted 3 hrs. Likely was ready at 1. Complex wine with modest fruit flavors. Smooth and low tannins. Could be at its peak. Went well with red meat sauce.

1/1/2024 8:31:00 AM - 2000 bordeaux and Lynch Bages, in general take forever to be great.....That does not mean they won't get there. I would have a glass or so over days to test. HNY

12/7/2020 2:21:00 PM - Hi - thanks for the descriptor. I typically drink BdMs with Italian foods that have lots of garlic and other strong flavors. A well prepared pork or veal chop.
