Good value at the price point. Honeycrisp apples and pear flavors, but still dry. Not a “crisp” chsmpagne bumy any measure as definitely light on the acidity but pleasant to drink with some soft creamy cheese.

This needed every bit of 6 hours of decanting. Once it opened, beautiful balance of structure, acid and cassis. Wine is in a perfect drinking window right now. Just give it plenty of time to breathe.

This took every bit of 7 hours to even start opening. First night, still biund up but herbaceous, some ripe blueberry. Second night it really shined. Much more fruit forward, currant and black plum coming through and still herby.
Lovely wine but give it A LOT of time.
