Was worried this was old in the tooth and past it’s best. Cork fell apart on pulling - was glamping so poured though a piece of kitch towel into vase (decanter )! Needn’t of worried - was truly sublime - faint woodland aromas but smooth and refined drinking - lingering palate - truly sensational ! Wish I had another bottle…

Lovely chewy texture
Classic Ontario pinot - thoroughly enjoyed with plenty of time left

Absolutely bang on - aroma reminiscent of a Barossa visit in 2004. Bags of fruit and juiciness. Had with Ortholenghi chicken and was magnificent.
