I got the feeling that they were made with residual sugar for centuries for a reason. Good with various types of cold cut. I’ll trying decanting for 30 min next time.

Gold colour. Vanilla, citrus. Melon, pear, banana, grapey, saline. Intense. Light body, med pH, dry. Intense nose. tart and unbalanced. The fruit disappears from a modest length with a bitter finish.
