  So complex. As the night went on new flavors emerged. We had with cheese, steak, chocolate and this enticing chameleon changed its colors for all. Yes, it's big, yes it over-powering, yes it's outstanding. But sometimes it really is all about the wine. And when you drink this, everything becomes its dutiful assistant, serving the grandiose power that this wine will have over you. If you want a complement to bring out the flavors of your food, maybe choose a different bottle...but if you want a night where the wine is center stage, the star of the night, this is your bottle. Oh, and we began drinking right away over the course of 3 hours. Maybe could have used a decant, but Friday after a long work week we were ready to get down to business.
