What a wonderful bottle! The grenache grape coming so fresh and young. Quite tannic still, need of air. After an hour or so it is opening up. Bought a caise at the domaine in Cairanne with Andre’s son, Daniel (retired now). Drinking date estimates by wine advocate (RP) and CellarTracker are a bit off: This wine had not yet reached maturity and can be kept for at least a couplemof years. I have been buying Brusset’s wines for the last 30 years, including their acclaimed Les Hauts de Montmirail, but this Hommage is a class apart. Bravo Laurent!

Wonderful wine: structure, fruit, balance, long finsh. one of my all time favorite Grenache wines. Yes, still tannic and therefore bitter as some others wrote, but that's a matter of aging or decanting...
