Very classic claret. Really good value for money. This is drinking very well right now but would certainly benefit from a bit of ageing. Quite firm acid, fine grained tanin, dry finish. Not greatly complex but a lovely drop. Im buying more!

Great value here. Classic Barolo profile. Brilliant complexity and concentration for the money. Its fiery and spicy but also approachable, the tannins and acid are relatively soft. Showed very well on day 2. Showing a bit of a raisin note at the minute which I would suggest means that this wine is at its peak. Certainly got enough about it to enjoy over the next 5 years but I'm going to start drinking up.

1st btl. Quite cool and refined. Lifted strawberry and menthol cherry, with some italian herbs. Not a punchy style of Brunello, but soft and surprisingly approachable at this point. Nose is a bit muted but it comes alive on the palate. Great stuff with lots of potential....
