Color heavy on the cherry, medium full, very limited transparancy & tears (non colored). On the nose the aromas of stoved black fruit which evolves towards normal black fruit. On the palata medium bodum, low in acidity and low in tanines. I would not suggest to keep in the cellar, drink it now.

This wine is evolving towards a brown/tuillé color with non coloured tears. On the note it shows some herbiness, licorice, old prunes and caramel. The palate is delivering a taste of typiccal confits served with paté, sirop de Liege ... The finish is medium.

Ibwas initially looking for a pale cream to pair with foie gras, but this cream did the job as well. Great concistency and texture.
