Very nice on the nose when opened, oak, berries, violet. Medium to full body with bitter finishing. A decent one seems to have a lot of potential but need more complexity on the palate. Tried on day two also, still a lot on it. Very nice wine.

Fine one from JC. Salty lemon, honey and cream at opening. The palate was much better after an hour. Creamy, vanilla, crispy with long finishing. Very enjoyable wine.

10/7/2017 8:31:00 AM - Just to note, the 2005 Bosconia is I believe the most recent release of this wine. In any case, if it was indeed past peak, then you had a flawed bottle. Cheers!
