Bought the wine on the property in 2018. Last bottle of that purchase. Happy to have kept it that time. Was still needed to be decanted, tannins still strong and a balanced acidity. Could still fare few years, but good to drink now.
Overall, happy from the wine from there and would buy them again.

I have read previous comments, and know the Weingut’s wines. I would say that we have reached as of today, and after more than 7 years, is a very good balance between still a tiny bit of acidity to keep the wine straight and the evolution of the tannin. I am happy I kept it a bit, and happy I opened it today. The only regret is that it is not a magnum standing on my table;-)

Bought it few weeks before. Put very good conditions to drink it (bringing it to room temperature since the morning, opening gently in the end of the afternoon for a nice diner with friends), it did not perform on the day, gave it other try in the following day, but was still the same. Not passed but pure emptiness.
Ended up in the sink.
Since that is a recent bottling of the wine (confirmed by the winemaker, that could have just said it was a problem with a bottle, but rather listed me the name of restaurants still buying it), was very disappointed of the quality, specifically in comparison with price paid.
Had been buying those wine since 2016 to 2021, will probably not be doing that in the future.
