Full and pleasant true varietal nose fresh out of the bottle. A little peppery. Light bodied, but full flavored, this wine is enjoyable now and I would not hold it long in my cellar. This well-crafted wine will be a good accompaniment to cheese, hors d'oeuvres, and appetizers, but may not hold up to a strong-flavored main course. Recommended and I will buy more. The wine looks violet colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry. It tastes like blackberry. The body is light. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.

2nd bottle, and this one is rather thin and watery, not as flavorful as the earlier bottle. A bit of vanilla in the aftertaste. Drink up!
