3/1/2022 10:34:00 AM - Thanks so much and being so quick was an added bonus! My plan was to open whatever I pour about 2 hours before dessert and let it come up in temperature as it waits. A couple of auslesen are also being considered, but your helpful comments are moving this wine up the list. Thanks again for your help and all the best to you and yours.

3/1/2022 10:26:00 AM - Hi @Trickyone. It's drinking BEAUTIFULLY - still vigorous and at that stage of incipient maturity where it retains some of the thickly apricotty fruit (and a lovely element of orange-rind bitterness from botrytis that a BA should show) but developed enough to be aromatically complex and interesting - so it's got plenty of time in hand but absolutely fine to drink now. It does open up with a bit of air and time open, and is best a touch warmer than fridge temperature, I find. Hope that's vaguely helpful?

3/1/2022 10:00:00 AM - Hello from the USA. I am hosting a dinner late this month and am considering several late harvest Mosel wines to accompany the last course. I noticed you had some of the 2006 Dr. Hermann Erdener Treppchen Beerenauslese. Have you tried a bottle? I know for that level of sweetness it's still young, but I am considering opening my two bottles. Any advice would be appreciated and thanks very much.
