An inoffensive and quaffable Sauvignon Blanc which leans on toward the herbal and soft side of this varietal. Showcases flavors of bell pepper, gooseberry, with hints of lemon/lime & cream, but not quite enough acidity. A decent pairing to cook and drink with shrimp scampi! [3/27/24] ($13)

An excellent example of Chianti Classico full of juicy cherry, plum, cedar & roasted tomato after a brief 30 min decant. All supported by a robust acidity & a touch of rustic tannins. A delicious wine & stellar pairing with homemade Chicken Parmesan! [3/16/24] ($18)

An inviting and easy to like (& drink!) Sonoma Pinot Noir with a nose of raspberry, plum with subtle aromas of vanilla & clove. Well balanced pallate with bright acidity throughout and round soft tannins while adding notes of cranberry & dried mushroom. Excellent QPR and a stellar pairing with steak truffle penne pasta! [3/8/24] ($14)
