Definitely likes to be decanted and as with most of Len Paris wine, there will be sediment and fines, so use a screen or pull up short on the decanting. Amazing hue of burgundy resembling a Cherokee Purple tomato skin. Amazingly I feel it could have several more years. Opens up considerably in an hour or two and was just delicious. Deep earthy nose on the light side. More fruit than I would have thought. Nice balanced tannins-about right. Tastebuds notice dark currant with a little cigar box, spice popped in probably from the Carmenere. A really delightful bottle. We love most everything Len does, so it’s not surprising.

The wine looks ruby colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. Well balance fruit and tannins. Held up surprisingly well. A delightful Walla Walla blend!

Bought some at a tasting in Paso last week. Winner-winner-chicken dinner! Would be great with my spatchcocked grilled chicken! A one step up bigger offering than their Juvenile Zin. Originated in the vineyard behind the tasting room in Paso.
