PnP and drank throughout the day. On the nose - dried fruit, bitter herbs, and slightly musty. On the palate - plum, dried herb, leather. Nice molasses-like sweetness. Soft, smooth tannins; however the body felt out of balance.

Decanted and drank over 6 hours. Best 3-5 hours in.
Brownish-red in the glass. Savory nose - mushroom / meaty. Complex on the palate - dried fruits and tertiary hints of tobacco and coffee; some tinny/metallic notes initially, but disappeared later on. Well balanced acidity. Tannins are silky at first but linger into the finish a bit longer than I'd prefer.
