This wine is garnet and color with medium Color intensity. Clear and clean, not faulty or hazy. On the nose, medium plus intensity in aroma with primary characteristics of cranberry pomegranate thyme funnel cherry stone and chalk. Secondary characteristics, wood, smoking, coffee and tertiary characteristics of tobacco, dried fruit, nuts, mushroom, and earth on the nose. On the pallet one was dry with high acidity and medium tan with high alcohol. Medium plus Intensity with secondary characteristics, predominating with vanilla and nutmeg, dried Cranberry and stone. This wine is believed to be very good and quality was ready to drink now probably not suitable for further aging or otherwise would be past its prime

This wine is Garnet and color with medium intensity clear and clean, not hazy or faulty. Medium plus intensity in a Roma primary characteristics of cranberry, pomegranate, thyme, fennel, cherry stone, and chalk. Secondary characteristics, wood smoke, and coffee also a hint of floral may rose. Tertiary characteristics of tobacco, dried fruit, nuts, mushroom, and earth. On the pallet, dry high acidity, medium, plus tan with high alcohol. Medium plus intensity, secondary notes, predominate with vanilla nutmeg. Hints of cranberry smoke, leather and stone, some lingering fruit of cranberry and cherry. Dried fruits present. The sen of quality gets one point for complexity, 1.4 intensity and a half .4 each balance and finish making this a very very good wine believed to be drinkable now, but probably not suitable for further aging. Amazing and glad I opened it today and didn’t let it sit longer.
