In my opinion, a wine that's out of this world, with an intense ruby red color. The first impression on the nose is intense, fruity with cherry, currant, blackberry, forest fruits, and a just-bloomed violet, incredibly clean. I didn't immediately notice the complexity that gradually unfolds. There's a lovely note of sweet spices like vanilla, and also piquant ones like white pepper. A beautiful toasted note of licorice and cigar box. On the palate, it's dry, enveloping with a tannin that accompanies without ever overshadowing, very fresh. It has a body that's not too imposing, but elegant. The persistence is clear. Definitely refined and harmonious. I paired it with a horse steak, a harmonious but not perfect pairing; the wine's persistence and firmness call for a dish that's slightly more aromatic or spiced to match its long finish.

A wine that I really liked. Clear, saturated ruby red, consistent. Intense and enveloping on the nose. Initial impressions of black pepper and underbrush, followed by herbaceous notes, then dark fruit like blackberries and blueberries, and a blooming violet, with slight hints of coconut milk and a balsamic quality. Crunchy.
On the palate, it is dry, soft, and warm. The tannin smooths without dominating. Savory and fresh. It is a full-bodied wine, but its freshness makes it suitable for many occasions. Definitely persistent.
I paired it with lamb chops, and it was a good match.
