It's a Gevrey! A little more intermediate but still exactly what you are looking for in this kind of bottle, cassis, maraschino cherries, no oak, fruuuuuity.
A bit too much sugar, a bit too plummy.

Lovely nose, late summer fields picking strawberries, no straw though.
Super approachable at first, not a lot of complexity, R calls it juicy, more alcohol than the label promises.
Very nice and dry though, lovely long notes with a hint of blueberry and caramel, decent amount of sugar.
A bit of spice developing at the end of the first glass (decanted 30 mins before pour, some really interesting notes too.
The 21 Cristom Jessie still wins for me from this vintage, but this is a very nice wine too, I could imagine drinking from a magnum of this in 2031 and loving every drop.

Very big nose, earthy, damp forest vibes with aniseed and honey afters.
It's a little ascerbic at first with taut dried apricot.
Edges of coffee grounds, minerality
It's not getting any more fruity, but it is getting more sugary.
An interesting wine, but not really my bag.
