Surprising good! Had 7 bottles before this one and none were as good as this magnum! Must be the format? Big hit at the party. Still can age, but drinking well now!

This was wonderful with our traditional turkey Thanksgiving meal. Here is a note you won’t get from me often—this is a light, feminine wine, and I loved it. There was some power here, too: long finish, nice notes of forest floor and muddled fruit. Decanted a scant 1 hour and was plenty. Got a phenomenal deal on this—should have picked up more, but I get nervous with Pinot Noir. Should have known I was in good hands with Kosta Browne.

Alluring nose of crushed raspberries, forest floor moss, intriguing loamy minerals. Fruit is there, but balanced with dried currents, ripe plum, and herbal undertones. The palate is like nose-balanced diminutive berries with forest floor bamble bush that leads to a full, long finish Not a typical Kosta Browne with bombastic fruit, but a reserved respectable well crafted Pinot with intermingle of earth, herbs, berries. All in balanced with long finish.

Expected more from this vineyard had other vintages. Muted fruit and higher alcohol
