The nose is cherry liqueur and spice. The palate is dark cherry, black pepper, it has good acidity, and a nice long finish, and alcohol is 13.9%. This is not your Bordeaux blend from California, nor will you mistake it for Bordeaux, but this is a good solid wine, and it shows well at the dinner table. This is my third of 4 bottles, and each one is better than the previos ones. It is aging nicely.

Lovely dark fruit, coffee and tobacco notes. Smooth and silky. Was worth the wait!

Dark cherry fruit balanced by acid and softening tannins. Truly the best of my 4 bottles.
