More crazy Porto value....11e for a 16yr old half. I really do like the idea of these single vintage / harvest tawny ports and I'm a little disappointed in myself that I was not aware of the concept until this current trip. No bottling date but I assume last 3 years. Sweet caramel fruits, some thickness and a old wood finish. Some heat but not too much. Keen to try more examples of this style.

Pale ruby-amber; sweet cherries, prunes, floral, vanilla, nutmeg; date, burnt sugar, nutty, slightly woody, smooth, light-medium body, excellent balance, slightly astringent, long finish
Complex fruitcake flavours with lingering nuttiness. Aged beautifully. A decadent treat to sip by the fire.

Très beau colheita. Belle rondeur et complexité. Sur la noix, le caramel, les épices et sucre d’orge. Bonne finale.
