Served @ 10c/50f with baked Cod & salad. Light-bodied, Pale yellow in the glass, citrus-y on the nose, crisp and refreshing on the palate. Pleasant minerally finish. Not as good as an Austrian equivalent, but rather good nonetheless. Good value for an everyday wine at Trader Joe's.

Pale yellow. Nose: lemon, canned corn, apple juice. Attack: lime and lemon. Mid-palate: grass and some dairy. Finish: stones. Flat acid, almost round, but refreshing. Light body. Short length.

A very light-bodied, dry white wine whose initial notes are grassy and mineral. Clear, still wine with tinges of greenish yellow. This wine was recommended to be a good, all-around sipper, a companion to nuts or even popcorn. This recommendation was probably correct, since the wine did not stand up well with the orecchiette pasta with a light garlic sauce with which I served it. I was thinking that its light body might make it an approachable wine for one of our dinner guests, a novice just becoming interested in wine. My mistake. Too dry and too acidic for her. This wine is probably best served on a hot summer day with light munchies. Light, refreshing, even watery, not a bad wine, but one must know what it can and cannot do.
