Drank over multiple nights. Enjoyed the lovely floral and stone fruit profile quite a bit. Bit of herb floating in the background along with light citrus. Nicely balanced with sufficient acidity, reasonable length and clean finish even with the round slightly soft palate.

Yellow in color w/excellent clarity. Fruit-forward aroma of peach, pear, and stony minerals. Peach dominates on the palate, with golden delicious apples following up. Soft texture, fruity, even a bit of off-dry sweetness. Delicious for sipping or as a pairing with lighter soups and seafood.

Interesting wine. Good with a ripe yet fresh nose and palate. Has citrus underpinnings but really spins into the melon, floral, and some other fruit aroma I can't identify--probably tropical. Drank over several nights, and it gained fruit and lost acidity, perhaps to its detriment depending on one's preference. Wine store really hyped it in an email offer and this wine is not quite as good as the hype. Apparently this is the village version of Godello, of which there are more refined single vineyard crus. Have another bottle so will be curious to retaste down the road.

Had this tonight and it was FLAT - not quite lifeless but no drive whatsoever. Very similar to the odd Gewurz majorly lacking acidity. Not much more to say really, other than (after reading other reviews) - why?
