Found this elegant and mineral, it took on colour and weight over the 2.5 hours we drank this, and revealed more as it did so, but was tightly wound straight out of the bottle. 12% alcohol- enjoyably restrained!

The nose is balanced and aromatic with tones of almond paste, red apples, nougat, spiced pears, meyer lemons, nectarines, stone fruits, crushed rocks, yellow flowers, and smoke. The Medium bodied feel is balanced but lacks some depth with crisp, high acidity. This is a good introduction into Etna Biancos that fully delivers in the low to mid-$20s.

Restrained nose. Bone dry Razor sharp acid and drying minerality. Salt and rocks, ginger root and citrus, notably blood orange and lemon. Tight and impactful, though finishes short. Would be boss with sardines.

Good, but lacking the richness and intensity of the best Etnas. Interesting that another reviewer suggested it needs some air - something to consider for next time perhaps.

Great acidity and a decent backbone as well. Will last for several years.
