Bordeaux at Per Gørans house (Stamerbakken, Bergen, Norway): Medicinal, old wood, some paprika on the nose. Alse cheese (roquefort). On the palate this is a rough wine with lots of tannins left. Still it is drinking good now. It is acidic and fresh with a fine sting in the finish. Decent length. There is a bit too much tannins, but this is a very fine wine.
