  Really, really lovely and it feels like the lighter 2021 vintage suits this cuvée perfectly. Some salty minerality and lots of flinty reduction on the nose. Linear, fresh but not screeching, dances across the palate with more of the steely minerality and a hint of Ramonet mint. A nice chalky finish - long. Yes, it’s pricy, but this is just so elegant and pretty.
