Somewhat muted and understated at the moment, but this shows pedigree and elegance worthy of GC status. Very well balanced, detailed and assertive, or at least I think it will be when it opens up more. All the pieces are in place.

Lignier-Michelot @ 28-50 (28-50, London): Very silky and poised and polished (in a non-confected sense). Refined and classy. Fine grained, silky, dark red fruit. Long. A touch hot as it warms up but a class act. ****1/2
