First Wednesday Wine Club (Napoli in Bocca, Haberfield): Served blind. leather, earth, red over blackcurrant, sweet spice, slight herbaceous note. a little juicy, fleshy red over blackcurrant with talc textured tannins. Balanced, long, lovely. In great condition. I knew this was mine.

Wonderfull wine, used the Durant to take the cork off, the wine started to show its complex and elegant aromas after 10 min on the glass, lived for 1h and died. Awesome experience!

Wine was showing a bit tired, but still had some interest- leather and wet leaves over some black cherry fruit, nice complexity, but some hints of prune and ashtray make me guess this would have been better 10-20 years ago. B-
