Not taking much to open up. Poured through a filter/aerator. Nice fruit, sour cherry. Smooth tannins. Opened this as a pre-dinner sipper, and it is doing very well. Some cedar and dark fruit on the nose. Dark color. Mine was stored in temp controlled cellar. Seems like there is more life left, but why wait?

Popped and poured, did not need decant. Nose is not strong but very nice. Red and dark fruit, some pepper. Very good balance on the palate... the fruit plus soft tannins. The tannins hold on in the long, excellent finish. Nice mouthfeel. Accompanied a steak and potatoes dinner very well and also sips well by itself. Very good wine, but not complex.
edit: I had my last glass of this 7 days after opening and it was quite good. Just vacu-vinned and kept in the fridge. Maybe a sign that it will hold on for several more years?

Notes of sour cherry and a soft finish. Don't let it go any longer. Very little tannin left. A bit of sweetness on the finish might be pomegranate?

This has come a long way in a few years and continues to age gracefully. Drinking very well now.

It's aging very nicely. Actually could use some decanting as it's better the second night than it was the first (pop & pour),
Excellent balance, more sour cherry in the fruit than in previous bottles. Tannins come through on the long, excellent finish. Wish I had more.
