17$ @ mlcc - new grape for me - Lacrima - not common. This style here is ooold school! Funky old world to say the least - nose its you like a ton of bricks with musty barnyard and some locker room? Palate has light tannin and acid and lots of that earth and must. Some hints of dark brambly berry perhaps. Smoky coffee notes on finish. This is kind of a unique taste - havent quite had this dramatic musty/earth experience in all my tasting memories! I am going to let this air out for 24 hrs and try again.
Otherwise, this is not something i would care to come back to...
