Shiny yellow gold with refined bubbles. Citrus, hazelnut, pear, vanilla, honeysuckle, white peach, unripe apricot, red apple, tangerine peel, herbs, biscuit, and minerality. Complex, and elegant. Excellent structure and harmonious. Long finish.
50% chardonnay and 50% pinot noir. Even though this was a NV, I further cellared this bottle for 30 months from purchase to drinking. The effect was more complexity and deeper flavors.
Eric Rodez was formerly cellar master at Krug, overseeing the non-vintage Grande Cuvée. This bottle definitely had shadows of Krug all over it, except at a fraction of Krug's price.

in the mouth it was less complex than the previous one I´ve tasted previously. these are 2 different bottles from 2 different batches; I think that the cellaring time (this time 1 year shorter at the least) might be the reason for that

Complex and perfectly balanced. Multi layered and almost hiding the fact that it is a Dosage Zero.
