Light yellow-green. Classic nose of seashell, apple, hay. There is also an oatmeal undertone to the complex and lingering nose. High acid, apples and lemon on the tactile and mineral mid-palate, slightly warm, mineral finish. Medium-long length. This was still not very evolved but the length was amazing, I'm very impressed.

Complex but perhaps not as much focus as I’d hoped.

6 Liters of Mondavi and Some Randoms (Willamette Wine Storage): Reduced on the nose. Lots of smoke and flint, with a nice lemon acidity running through it.
