Slow ox for one hour. This has reached early maturity. Flavors of black cherry, coffee, spice cake, and bell pepper come through. Medium to full bodied, at this stage fairly open knit with nice balance and a satisfying finish.

Drinking great now and I don’t think it will improve much at this point, so drink up! With that being said, there’s enough fruit left that I think it will continue to drink really well for another 3-5 years. Full bodied, ripe fruit, soft and we’ll integrate tannins and a nice long finish. Really well produced wine.
