First Zin from Washington and it had many of the Washington Cab characteristics. If I didn't know it was a Zin, I would have guessed cab/syrah blend. Nothing wrong with the wine but not what I want from Zin.

Zin from WA? Exciting. While it doesn't have the bite of a Cali zin, it was subtly very zin-y. Almost minty on the second day, I'm excited to have five more bottles of this.

(Two Vintners Zinfandel Stone Tree Vineyard Wahluke Slope) An aromatically compelling wine with brambly fruit, dark chocolate, and whiskey barrel. The palate is rich and silky. Has a lot of booze in it but holds it well – this is Zinfandel after all. 75% Zinfandel, 18% Primitivo, and 7% Petite Sirah. 15.6% alcohol. 310 cases produced.
