Beaujolais Noveau is more a tradition with me, but the wife likes it, so another bottle with Christmas leftover hams. Mommesin is for sure the best Nouveau choice, worth the extra money. Heavy fruit and jam up front.

Last bottle for this year, Beaujolais Nouveau I mean. Less solid,less aromatic, more watery mouthfeel, less interesting anyway. Pairing a grilled turbot.
Última botella para este año, de Nouveau quiero decir. Menos sólido, menos aromático, más sensación acuosa en boca, menos interesante de todas formas. Maridando un rodaballo a la plancha.
