  Magnificent nose of blood orange, crushed raspberry and caramelized apple. Discreet effervescence.
  
  Mouth full of pleasure with the usual energy of 1996. This rosé is built with finesse, but it imposes itself quite naturally with a mad class. Structured, there is first this blood orange mixed with raspberry which predominates, then these finely caramelized flavors which mix with a very fine woody note and some chalky notes. The balance is magnificent with a perfectly integrated acid frame. This wine is literally sculpted. And above all, still young, many rosés over 20 years old look older. Great finish all in delicacy on notes of vanilla and chalk which stretches for a long time on a beautiful freshness.

  The first nose is a walk in a citrus grove with notes of blood orange, orange marmelade and key lime pie bursting out of the glass. After some time the wine expands with red berry pie, raspberry, caramelized apple crumble cake dancing with subtle notes of ginger and coconut. The mouth is a piece of art, sensual and finely chiseled, yet powerful and still standing on a strong canvas. Red fruit, grapefruit and vanilla custard flavors intertwine to form a perfect sculpture and lead to a very long and savory finish. By far the best rosé champagne I’ve tasted. Will hold strong for at least another decade

  This is pretty special stuff. Bronze salmon color with a fine subtle bead in the glass. Gorgeous aromas of berries, cherries, brioche, and macadamias. The palate is explosive with rich taut fruit and complex notes throughout. Has aged beautifully and shows no signs of slowing down.
