  Standalone in hotelroom Amelia Island. Really good wine. Should have food but on its own pretty good. Great color, plenty of fruit and length. I would say drink up but it also would be great if you can wait until 2022. Just very good. I need to start on the 12 and 13. These guys are making great wine!

  W salmon coated in a maple / soy sauce. Very good combo! Great restrained wine. Super fruit length, body. Just great. Drank only somewhat chilled and that brought on very good flavors. Yummy

  Towards the end of its life but still impressive. Apple, melon, subtle spice and mild oak. Rich and balanced overall.

  Pinot Noir (Edina Country Club): Pop and pour, drank a glass over 45 minutes. Nice minerality. Quite buttery, he malo is evident. Well-balanced.
